For the third assignment in his course Design and Intentions, Milton Glaser assigned a one-week poster project, asking us to motivate an audience against a negative or harmful course of action. Inspired by skyrocketing incidences of obesity and diabetes, not to mention the popularity of junk food laden with high fructose corn syrup, I crafted an indelible graphic image from the very objects of my ridicule. The irony of having to purchase so much garbage in order to deter people from purchasing said garbage was not lost on me or Milton. I only ate some of it. Honest.
